| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] The research of practice mode and working mechanism of highvalue patent cultivation is to provide support for the healthy, sustainable and efficient development of high-value patent cultivation and high-quality development of intellectual property rights in universities.Method/process] This paper sorts out three practice modes of high-value patent cultivation in universities in China, and points out the lack of long-term, systematic and innovation in the practice. Result/conclusion] The research suggests that the universities should establish normal mechanisms for cultivating high-value patents from four aspects of top-level design, collaborative governance, innovation ecology,publicity and training, in order to fundamentally solve the above problems. |
