| 摘 要： | 伴随着我国高等教育大众化,我国高校毕业生从2001年的114万人至2010年增加到631万,而近几年就业率也基本维持在70.6%左右。这两组数字非常直观地告诉我们,大学生就业形势不容乐观。本文分析了大学生就业难的原因,提出要通过更新大学生就业观念,国家抓紧制定并出台扶持大学生就业相关配套措施,而大学生也应该构造合理的知识结构坚持做学习型人才,以解决大学生就业困难的问题。

| Abstract: | With the popularization of higher education, the number of graduates raised from 1.14 million in 2000 to 6.31 million in 2010 ,while the last few years the employment rate remaining at about 70.6%. This two sets of figures is telling us that the employment situation is not optimistic. This paper analyzed the reasons of employment difficulties, and proposed that to update the concepts of employment and setting up the complementary measures of employment to support university students employment, and university students should construct a reasonable knowledge structure to be leaning-students to solve the employment problems. |
