| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研、实地观察法,教学实验法和数理统计法对中北大学体育学院足球普修课进行了改革实践研究。研究表明,体育教学改革要适应时代的要求,在教学体制不变的情况下对原有课程进行缩减学时,其重点和难点是教学内容和课程体系的改革。“类群教学模式”通过对教学内容的优化组合,不仅有效地缩减了课时,而且还提高了教学效率和质量,值得在体育院校技术课中推广。

| Abstract: | This paper has applied the methods of literature,field observations,feaching experiment and mathematical statistics,for the sports Institute of North University of china football Course practice of a reform study.Research shows that physical education reform to meet the requirements of the times,the teaching system in the same circumstances a reduction of the original school curriculum,and difficulty focusing on teaching contents and curriculum reform."Groups teaching mode"through the teaching content optimized combination is not only effective in reducing the class,but also improve the efficiency and quality of teaching,is a sports reform of the institutions to provide technical information. |
