| 摘 要： | 本文对山西师大文、理科非体育专业学生,经1986年至1995年近十年体育后期专项化改革实验,从中抽样选出86级男生篮球、排球两个专项班各30人,女生武术、健美两个专项班各30人为样本,对经过普通体育课、专项体育课、体育选修课,自修体育课的四年大学体育学习与锻炼的学生进行测定,获得身体形态、机能发育和素质增长的多项指标。

| Abstract: | This article is based on the ten years (1986 - 1995) experiment on the latter specialized adult P-E-, the subject of which being all the man - sports - specialized students in the science department in our university. From two male specialization classes in basketball and volleyball and two of females in physical arts and callisthenics of 1986 we chose thirty students to examine and estimate them who have taken the general P-E-course, specialized P -E-course, elective P-E-course or teach- yourself P-E-coures in the four years ofstudying and training . Then we obtain the indexes of the development in physique, function and physical quality. |
