| 摘 要： | 云南省滇西地区是泥石流灾害最为严重、类型最为多样、成因最为复杂和分布最为广泛的地区之一。关于滇西山地降雨型泥石流研究,尤其是"小尺度区域"研究亟待开拓和系统化。在前人研究的基础上从泥石流形成过程与成灾机理、预警调控关键技术等2个方面进行研究,为小尺度区域的泥石流监测和预报预警提供理论方法和途径,为山区社会经济的可持续发展提供安全保障,满足国家山区公共安全和减灾的需求。

| Abstract: | Mountainous rainfall debris flow frequently occurs in the western regions of Yunnan,for which there exist various and complicated reasons.Researches in this field have been something urgent.Based on the previous findings about the debris flow formation and its disaster mechanism and early warning control,further researches have been done in these two aspects for the purpose of sustainable development and the public security in mountainous regions of the state. |
