| 摘 要： | 对数字化机械创新人才的需求及现状进行了调查分析,提出在教学中以CATIA为平台,采用"基于项目学习"的教学方式,形成"一条主线、两块基石、三个层次"的创新人才培养体系。结合一个项目实例,对数字化机械创新人才培养过程进行了详细介绍。本研究有助于培养学生的创新能力、实践动手能力以及团队合作精神,以满足社会对机械人才的需求。
