| 摘 要： | 近年来,通过校企合作共建实验室,发挥高校和企业各自优势,互相支持、资源共享,实现教育与生产可持续发展,是实验室建设和发展的新模式.结合界壳论,提出了实验经费、实验仪器设备、实验环境、实验教学体系、实验队伍及实验室管理等为实验室界壳模型中的界壳；结合实验室界壳模型分析了校企合作共建实验室模式；通过加强实验室界壁的支持度,适当增加实验室界门的开放度和交换率,提出相应的措施促进校企合作共建实验室.
