| 摘 要： | 针对高等院校机房的使用特点,设计并实现了一种基于远程监控的管理系统.采用软件方式实现基于指纹识别与密码输入结合的双重身份认证、自动分配机位并远程控制计算机开启状态；精确计时计费和帐户管理；计算机使用日志详细记录；上机人员注销自动关机等功能.该系统可在不增加机房现有硬件配置的前提下,实现机房信息化管理,在高等院校开放机房管理中,具有较强的应用价值.
