| 摘 要： | 经管类实验教学活动中,参与活动的三类主体所产生的经验体会对于进一步提升实验教学活动的成果及实验室管理水平具有重要的价值,应加以积累及利用.经验体会在知识管理中属于隐性知识管理的范畴,论文以此为基础,探讨了将隐性知识管理的思想及方法引入到经管类实验教学管理中的必要性,并提出了实验教学管理中隐性知识的管理策略.
