产学研合作培养食品学科研究生的实践与思考

摘    要:介绍了江南大学与光明乳业集团产学研互动的研究生培养模式,这种校企联合的食品科学高层次人才创新培养模式,立足于国家和学校的研究生培养机制,以校企产学研互动合作为培养平台,形成合力,从研究生培养的各个环节着手,结合企业的实际问题,将研究生培养与科学研究、企业生产实践有机地结合起来,培养了研究生的全面素质、综合能力和就业竞争能力,促进了人才培养和科研水平的同步提升,实现了高校科研发展、企业生产实践和研究生人才培养的三方共赢。
