| 摘 要： | 目的：基于无纸化办公模式下广州大学体育学院专业课程表的设计与应用。方法：采用Excel 2003进行课程编排,利用Excel的动态名称、数据有效性、条件格式、公式与函数等技术进行课程表的设计。结果：经过5年多实践检验与应用,表明课程表的设计合理、操作简便,方便老师查看自己的任课情况。结论：可以在广州大学所有学院,甚至其他实现了办公自动化的高校推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: Based on the paperless office mode,Guangzhou University Institute of physical education curriculum table is designed and applied.Methods: Using Excel 2003 curriculum design,and Excel dynamic name,data validity,conditional formatting,formulas and functions technology curriculum to make design.Results: after more than 5 years of practice and application,it shows that the design is reasonable,the curriculum,simple operation,convenient for teachers to show their own classroom situations.Conclusion: it can be promoted in all schools of Guangzhou University,and other implementation of office automation in colleges and universities. |
