光照对红檵木叶片色素含量的影响研究

摘    要:采用分光光度法对不同光照条件下红檵木叶片中的色素含量进行了测定,结果表明:随着光照时间的增加,红檵木叶片的质体色素含量总体上呈上升趋势,花色素苷含量呈下降趋势。光照越强,花色素苷含量越高,质体色素含量越低;反之,光照越弱,花色素苷含量越低,质体色素含量越高。因此,在园林应用中,为防止叶色转绿,应将其栽培在光照较强的环境中。

Abstract:Pigment Content in leaves of Loropetalum Chinese var.rubrum under different light levels was measured in this paper. The result showed that the content of plastid pigment increased with photoperiod increasing, while the content of anthocyanin tended to decrease. The change of different pigment content caused leaf color variation with the illumination times: young leaves were red and mature ones were green. The methods of pigment extraction also were discussed here.
