| Abstract: | Based on the measured concentrations of sulfuric dioxide, and nitrogen oxides, total suspended particulate(TSP) and sedimentated dust in the ambient air on Longhu area of Shantou Economic Zone in Guangdong, their concentrations of various functional blocks on the area and characteristics of the contamination level depending on the weather conditions were investigated. The present abient air quality was assessed. It would be a valuable information far the zone environ- mental protection. |
