| 摘 要： | 目的：建立元神安颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法.方法：高效液相色谱法测定赤芍的主要有效成分芍药苷的含量.色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水（15：85）,检测波长为230nm.结果：芍药苷在0.2116-3.174μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9996）,加样回收率99.7%,RSD=1.3%（n=6）.结论：该法简便、准确、重现性好.

| Abstract: | Objective :To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Yuanshen'an Granules. Methods:Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. HPLC conditions were as follows: Diamonsil C18 col-umn, acetonitrile water (15:85) as mobile phase, and the wavelength 230nm. Results:This method showed a good linear relationship in the ranges of 0.2116 -3.174μg (r = 0.9996). The average recovery was 99.7% (RSD =1.3%, n =6). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate andreprodueible. |
