| Abstract: | This article, aimed at the talents cultivation of higher vocational education, raises the accurate cultivation targets, sets up the new ideas and knowledge about talents cultivation and summarizes the multiple models and methods of talents cultivation in higher vocational education institutions. Hope this humble article could be an induction, inspires the in-depth discussions within the higher vocational education institutions, and find out a way of talents cultivation feasible for the situations in China. |
