| Abstract: | The most important task for the quality education in the military academy is to develop and stimulate cadets' initiation in study. Thus it is necessary to realize the eagerness of stimulating cadets' initiation in study, to understand the learner-centered principle, to change the old educational belief, and to create new teaching patterns and education administration systems. |
