| 摘 要： | 笔者围绕少数民族地区高校学报的办刊宗旨、职能定位、特色内涵、选题策划目标定位取向以及学报选题策划与编辑选题策划能力的关联性，论：述了培养高校学报编辑选题策划能力的主要途径，即提出了提高编辑选题策划能力的四种培养方式和三个必要的实践锻炼环节。

| Abstract: | Revolving around the purpose, function, characteristic connotation and target positioning orientation of topic-choosing of academic journals, as well as the relationship between journals＇ topic-choice and editors＇ ability of choosing topics in colleges and universities in minority areas, the author discusses the means of cultivating editors＇ ability to choose topics and puts forward the four training models and three necessary practice links in order to improve editors＇ ability. |
