| 摘 要： | 本文试以深圳图书馆新馆资源建设为例，对公共图书馆电子资源馆藏发展政策所涉及的选购原则、选购途径和工具、选购程序和电子资源评价等方面做了探讨。同时对电子资源馆藏发展存在的二个主要问题做了分析，并就此提出了积极的建议。
