| 摘 要： | 对市场经济条件下的高等职业教育领域里的权利关系进行了初步探讨,并就其中的基础性权利关系、核心权利关系和程序性权利关系进行了具体阐述。高等职业教育领域里的权利关系是公权利与私权利对立统一的混合权利关系,其中私权利关系内涵丰富,处于市场经济条件下的高等职业教育关系的价值中枢,并构成高等职业教育的核心权利关系。

| Abstract: | The essay,under market economy,makes a elementary discussion about the right relation in higher vocational education,hence it expatiates the relation of the basic right relation,the core right relation and the procedural right relation.The essay states that the right relation in the field of higher vocational education is one of the admixture of public right and private one,of both antinomy and unification,among which private right relation is full of rich connotation as it is in the value center of higher vocational education relation under market economy and constitutes a core right relation of higher vocational education. |
