| 摘 要： | 户外运动课是指充分利用自然环境,以户外运动项目群所共有的基本知识、技术、技能为主要教学内容,以培养学生参与户外运动及相关竞赛所具有的身体素质、心理品质和适应能力为教学目的,按教学计划组织实施教学的过程.通过户外运动教学实践情况的研究,认为户外运动教学体系的建立与实施有助于培养大学生坚定的信念、坚强的自信心和勇敢顽强的意志品质,有助于实现教育部<纲要>的课程目标.作为湖北省的省级教学研究项目的成果之一,对户外运动教学体系的设立及教学实践进行了概括和总结.

| Abstract: | Based on fully utilizing natural environment, the outdoor course systematically teaches college students basic knowledge, techniques and skills which involved in all outdoor events, in order to train college students to participate in outdoor activities and relevant contests, and to cultivate college students' physical and psychological quality and adaptability. According to the study with attention to outdoor teaching practice, the paper indicates that outdoor teaching system contributes to the training of students' determination, self-confidence and strong willpower, as well as the realizing of the course goal of "Skeleton" issued by the Ministry of Education. As one of the achievements of the provincial teaching research project in Hubei, the paper summarizes the establishment of outdoor teaching system and relevant teaching practices. |
