| 摘 要： | 作为高校"教体结合"模式的创新之举,"省队校办"模式较原先的"教体结合"模式有了很好的改善,但是在运动员的角色定位、人才培养等方面仍然面临困境,笔者通过分析认为,要进一步发挥"省队校办"的优越性,需在资源整合、角色定位、职业生涯规划等方面实施有效策略。
