| 摘 要： | 在“两课”教学改革中,《法律基础》课程的改革应重点放在教学手段上,即使用“案例教学“。案例教学符合课程开设的目的和宗旨,针对学生法律意识的现状及课程实际困难,能取得事半功倍的教学效果。
