| 摘 要： | 21世纪是知识经济的时代已经成为人们的共识。随着知识经济的知识化所引起的法律发展的知识化趋势，传统的大学法学教育模式已经越来越不适应知识经济的发展要求，为此需要进行法学教育理论的创新．培养学生广博的知识面、深厚的理论功底和创新的能力。

| Abstract: | The 21st century is generally accepted as an age of knowledge economy in which the advancement of knowledge economy makes jurisprudence knowledgeable. In this new situation, the traditonal mode of jurisprudence education cannot keep up with the demands of the fast development of knowledge economy. Therefore, theortical innovations must be made in the field of jurisprudence education so as to turn out students with wide and profound knowledge and innovative abilities. |
