| 摘 要： | "战略"已经成为当今企业使用频率最高的词汇,企业需要对未来发展做出战略规划,进行战略部署。由此,战略模型选择对于企业至关重要,模型不仅要有理论基础,同时需要实用性强。本文目的一方面介绍一种新战略模型,同时通过对原有经典模型的回顾,比较评析随着外部环境变化新模型优势所在。

| Abstract: | "Strategy" has been the word most frequently used in current enterprises because enterprises need to process strategic plan and execution for the future. Thus, choosing a suitable strategic model is critical for enterprises. A good model not only needs theory basis, but also should be applied into practices. This paper, on one hand, aims to introduce a new strategic model; on the other hand, looks back on the classical models and points out the advantage of the new model. |
