| 摘 要： | 高等院校合理的分层分类对一个国家高等教育系统功能的发挥至关重要,美国政府在高校分层分类中积极施加影响,政府在高校分层分类中的作用在二战以后更加明显;美国政府对高校分层分类形成中的积极作为及其方式对我国有重要的启示作用,可以为我国政府加强对高校分层分类宏观调控提供借鉴。
