| 摘 要： | 高校实验室安全管理关系到学校实验教学和科学研究能否顺利进行,国家财产能否免受损失,师生员工的人身安全能否得到保障,对高校乃至整个社会的安全和稳定都至关重要。针对高校实验室存在的安全隐患及原因,提出了"以人为本、预防在先、安全第一"的理念和加强高校实验室安全管理的基本思路。
