| 摘 要： | 教师在提高教育教学质量的任何一项改革中都起关键作用,提高教师质量和积极性就成了关键因素。大连地区整体推进的教师教育改革策略包括构建“研训一体”的新型教师教育机制;以学校为本、以教师为本,大力开展“校本研训”工作;整合优质教师教育资源,实施“校际联动”;完善现代教学技术设施,充分整合、利用现有教育教学资源,开拓新的现代化研训手段。经过实践验证,获得了初步成功,特别是整体区域全体教师的现场指导,具有一定创新性。

| Abstract: | Teachers play an important role in any reform of improving teaching quality.Then,improving teachers' quality and positivity become a crucial factor. The being advanced teachers' teaching reform strategy in Dalian area includes the construction of the new type of teachers' training system——"Integrative research and training".This system is school-based,teacher-based.We should also actively promote the school-based research and training,assemble the outstanding teachers to carry out the inter-school action,complete modern teaching technological equipment,integrate and make full use of existing teaching resources.We should develop new modern means of research and training.We gain primary success through practical text.Especially,the on-site direction to overall teachers is innovative. |
