读者导向下的图书馆服务与创新

摘    要:认为图书馆读者导向是指以动态满足读者需求、提升读者价值为图书馆各项服务的出发点,在服务过程中,特别注意读者的信息能力、需求偏好以及查询行为的调查分析,重视信息产品开发和服务手段的创新。以南昌工程学院为例,在连续三年进行调查研究的基础上,分析新形势下图书馆的服务价值取向,探讨如何改变传统的“藏以致用”和以“提供信息服务”为中心的服务模式,以便动态调整以读者为导向的服务机制。

Abstract:Library services and innovation is to meet the need of readers dynamically and to improve the readers’value.During the services,the librians should pay much attention to the readers’ information ability,their demand preference and their checking and inquiry behavior;develop the information products and the innovation of service ways.Taking the example of Nanchang Institute of Technology Library as an example,through three-year continuous investigation and research,the paper analyzes the service value orientation of library under new situation,and discusses how to build the new dynamic adjustment service system which is the library services and innovation under the Reader guided situation and how to change the traditional service model,that is,"collection for use" and "focus on providing informationservices".
