| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了学风、教风和校风的内涵,在民办高职院校中运用问卷调查的方法,通过对问卷的统计分析,找出学风和教风、学风和校风、教风和校风之间的相互关系.指出学风、教风、校风间是互动的,存在着正相关关系,在充分考虑学生年龄及性别差异基础上的"三风"共建才是有效的推进和谐校园建设的措施.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses style of teaching and study and school spirit through questionnaire in private higher vocational college and finds the relation between style of study and teaching,style of study and school spirit,style of teaching and school spirit.Then,it points out the construction of three styles is the effective measure to promote harmonious campus construction. |
