| 摘 要： | 建立科学、完善的教育法律体系是实现教育法治的前提和基础。我国教育法制建设还存在一些亟待解决的问题。因此，必须从完善教育立法入手，实行科学立法、民主立法、依法立法，建立科学、完善、能充分体现人民意志的教育法律体系。为依法治教提供法治依据。
