| Abstract: | During the history of the Chinese Communist Party for more than 80 years and government for over 50 years, it has the time to use the opportunities to develop its career and lose the opportunities to affect its career. It is very important for the Party to use the opportunities to develop its career in history. In the 21st century, the Party also faces the rare opportunity to rule the country because of the historic positions and political changes. |
