| Abstract: | With a series of changes of structural factors changing,such as our social urbanization,higher education system reform and Labor labor market transition and so on,including our employment situation changesing,an overpriced house,narrow College students’ employment concept,etc.narrow and other reasons,more and more college graduates choose to work in big cities.And,then "ant tribe" there gradually appears.a special group "Ant tribe"-"ant race" which is a nickname for is a group withthe university graduates with low-income.In recent years,the "ant racetribe" phenomenon has aroused the attention from all fields,because their living conditions are worrying.Therefore,it’s the bounden duty of the government to understandknowing their living conditions and,analyzeing the causes of the "ant race" today and paying attention to solveing their dilemma are imperativeproblems. |
