| Abstract: | Intensifying the development of vocational higher-education is the objective need of economic and social development, the critical move to put into practice the guiding principles of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, to carry out seriously the strategies of relying on science and education to rejuvenate the nation and depending on talent to make the nation powerful. Some corresponding measures must be taken if a new way of vocational higher education is to be found. |
