| 摘 要： | 本文就一起承运人丢失乘客遗失在出租车上物品的责任及相关当事人之间的法律关系等问题的一些不同观点进行了较全面的探讨和分析。并提出了承运人继续妥善保管乘客遗失在出租车后备箱里的物品这既不是承运人在客运合同中的附随义务．也不是什么客运合同的后合同义务．而是承运人所承诺的客运合同义务的重要内容之一．在此期间承运人与乘客之间也不是保管法律关系而仍然还是客运合同法律关系等观点。

| Abstract: | This thesis is mainly about the responsibility of carrier losing article which is forgotten on the taxi by passenger. More overit and approaches some different ideas on legal relationships among related parties. It also raises the that carrier should keep articles, which are left in the hoot by passengers, properly. That is neither additional obligation of carrier in the passenger transportation contract, nor the obligation after contract of passenger transportation contract, but it is one of the most passenger transportation contract obligation promised by carrier. During the parried which carriers keep the lost artichs, the link between carriers and passengers is not legal relationship of reserve, but the legal relationship of passenger transportation contract. |
