| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、逻辑推理法和综合归纳法等研究方法,从非物质文化遗产的高度对其传统武术的抢救和保护进行了分析研究,结论认为:非物质文化遗产的非物质形态特点决定传统武术保护的中心在其"传承","文化空间"特点决定了传统武术保护的基本范围,非物质文化遗产保护的多样性决定了立法保护传统武术的实施基础。

| Abstract: | This paper, using documentation,logical reasoning and comprehensive induction methods, studies the rescuing and protecting of traditional Wushu and puts forward that the traditional Wushu must be rescued and protected in the high regard of"the human intangible cultural heritage, and considered that the intangible form characteristic of this cultural heritage determined the center of the protection to the traditional Wushu being in its"Inheritance", while the cultural space characteristic determined the basic scope of the pretection to the traditional Wushu, and The intangible cultural heritage protection's multiplicity has decided the legislative protection tradition wushu implementation foundation. |
