| 摘 要： | 创新测度既是创新研究的热点问题,也是创新研究的重要组成部分.我国目前正在实施创新型国家建设战略,研究创新测度的理论与实践问题显得意义更加重大.简要回顾了创新理论的发展及其创新测度的进展情况;重点以我国第一次工业企业创新调查和欧共体创新调查(CIS)为背景,对中国和英国创新调查的调查问卷和调查结果进行了对比分析.通过分析认为,我国的创新测度理论与实践,以及企业的创新活动都与英国存在较大差距,需要进一步改善.
