| 摘 要： | 随着我国市场经济的深入发展,单位犯罪已成为我国目前刑事犯罪的一个突出特点。修订后的《中华人民共和国刑法》虽然规定了单位犯罪及其处罚,但笔者认为其不够规范、具体,文章从我国单位犯罪中对单位处罚的特点入手,构思了与自然人犯罪刑罚体系相对应的对单位处罚的刑罚体系。

| Abstract: | With further development of China's market economy,the present crime is characterized by unit crime.Although the emended Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China which provides unit crime and its punishment,the writer does not think it standard and concrete enough.This paper starts with the characteristic of punishment on unit in unit crime and conceives the system which is opposite with punishment on natural person crime. |
