| Abstract: | this is a synthetical paper edited based on several other relative papers already published. It reflected the author's real perspectives and recommendations. With experiences and participations, the author take that the whole-city protection is the key in the transformation and protection of Beijing old city and we should make a overall and careful study before action. The paper approves the policies and the construction plan enacted by state and Beijing city. |
