| 摘 要： | 电子政务信息资源共享的市场主导模式根据电子政务信息资源共享中信息各方参与市场的方式以及市场影响的程度,可通过特许经营模式、用者付费模式、合同外包模式等三种形式来实践。这种模式的优化,需要健全电子政务信息资源共享投融资机制,完善电子政务信息资源共享市场运作机制,深化电子政务信息资源共享市场主导保障机制,创新电子政务信息资源共享绩效评估机制。

| Abstract: | On the market's leading pattern of e-government information resource sharing and the market influence,market-oriented models of E-government information resources sharing can be carried out in ways of special permission management pattern,pay-on-users and hiring the private company through making a contract. To optimize E-government information resources sharing in market model, it should build up market investment and financing mechanisms and perfect market operating mechanisms and then deepen guarantee mechanisms of market leading and at last innovate performance appraise mechanisms of e-government information resources sharing. |
