| 摘 要： | 1986年以来,我国竞技排球运动二线队伍总体人数稳中有升;中部地区的二线在队人数的下降以及西部二线在队人数的持续低迷是拖累我国排球二线队伍发展的主要原因;二线向一线输送运动员贡献率呈现逐步上升的趋势。我国东部地区所占全国竞技排球二线在队人数的比重在不断增多,反应出区域发展的不平衡现象越来越严重。建议:巩固东部培养基础优势,重新组建中西部竞技排球二线队伍培养体系,打破人才封闭的壁垒,实行人才合理有序流动。

| Abstract: | Since 1986,the overall numbers of second-front volleyball players increased steadily,while the numbers of team players decreased in central and western region of China was the main reason to restrict the development of our volleyball team.The contribution rate of transportation of volleyball players from second-front to first-front tended to increase.The proportion of second-front team players account for total teams in China continued to increase.It suggested that we should strengthen the basic advantage in eastern region,reconstructed cultivation system of second-front teams in central and western region,broken the protection of close-ended talents and promote the rational mobility of talents. |
