| 摘 要： | 职务发明收益分配比例是否合理直接影响单位和职务发明人之间的利益平衡。本文从经济学的角度分析职务发明生产的投入产出，利用修正的柯布－道格拉斯生产函数建立宏观模型和微观模型，并选取我国大中型企业和高校两个领域对宏观模型进行验证，计算出各投入要素对职务发明收益的贡献率，从而确定收益分配比例，以期为立法或政策制定提供参考。
