| 摘 要： | 土地问题已成为我区城市化、工业化等经济发展的第一制约因素。但是，在土地非常吃紧的情况下，浪费土地现象却有不同程度的发生。通过对我区土地整理、合理利用，可以突破我区土地资源瓶颈制约，缓解区域经济发展占用耕地的压力。

| Abstract: | The crux of lands has been the first restriction in the economic development of our prefecture' urbanization and industrialization, however, under the situation of insufficient lands, the phenomenon of lands waste occurs frequently to some different extent, actually the bottleneck of land resources in our prefecture can be surmounted and the pressure of occupying cultivated land can be lessened in regional economic development through the harnessing and rational utilization of lands in our prefecture. |
