| 摘 要： | 西部大开发战略实施至今已取得重大进展，但也遇到许多困难和问题，其中，缺乏竞争意识、创业精神以及长期以来形成的“等、靠、要”的惰性等人的因素，阻碍了西部大开发的顺利进行。当今仍需要发扬延安精神，以推动和加快西部大开发。

| Abstract: | Great progress has been made since the West Development strategy was put into practice. However,many difficulties and problems exist. Lack of sense of competition and hard struggle spirit and sluggishness that has long been existing prevent the West Development from going smoothly. At the present, the Yan' an Spirit is still needed to speed up the West Development. |
