| 摘 要： | 通过分析师范类院校通信工程专业实践教学存在的问题,针对实践教学计划、实验教学方式、实习实训等方面进行研究和探索。优化实验教学的结构,加大应用型和创新型实验的力度;建立以市场需求为导向的实习实训机制;并加大双师型教师的培养力度,为学生构建一个高效的实践体系。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the problems existed in practice teaching for communication engineering of normal universities,research and exploration are implemented for practice teaching planning,experiment teaching pattern and practicing and training.A more efficient practicing system is built for students by optimizing structure of experiment teaching and enhancing percentage of applied and innovative experiment,establishing market-oriented mechanism of practicing and training,cultivating those teachers who are both engineers and instructors. |
