| 摘 要： | 网络知识产权问题纠纷分为四类：侵犯网页著作权的纠纷，网站链接权的纠纷，域名注册权的纠纷，侵犯内容著作权的纠纷。本文对这四类问题加以详细的探讨和分析，并提出了网络知识产权保护的对策。

| Abstract: | Internet develops and popularizes fast,has produced the disputes of a lot of intellectual property rights. Divide it into four kinds:Infringe the dispute of the content copyright,infringe the dispute of the copyright of web- pages,the dispute of domain name registration right,website chain dispute of right,carry on the discussion to four current situation,development trend,current legal limitation of clause of dispute these;Question existing through the current situations of legislation of various countries and network of our country finally,have proposed the coun- termeasure of network intellectual property protection. |
