| 摘 要： | 以广西体育高等专科学校2007届毕业生为研究样本，对专科体育毕业生就业期望的工作单位类型、工作所在地、第一份工作月薪、影响自身就业竞争力的内在要素、解决就业难的主要途径等5个方面进行研究。结果表明，毕业生对就业形势仍缺乏清晰的了解、就业观念亟待改变、对就业竞争的估计不足等问题，并提出了改进专科体育毕业生就业工作的建议。
