| 摘 要： | 21世纪世界经济进入了全球化时代。全球化时代对教育进而对比较教育提出了时代性要求，比较教育对此必须做出反应。文章对比较教育的发展趋向进行了分析和思考。此外，笔者认为，应加强比较教育制度建设。实现决策民主化。

In addition,we should strengthen the construction of comparative education system and realize the democracticalization of decision-making. |
