| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的提出是历史扣现实的必然选择。科学发展观是以人为本的社会发展观，是经济、社会、自然与人的整体发展观，是可持续发展观，是对马克思主义社会发展理论的继承扣发展。贯彻落实科学发展观对于建设中国特色社会主义实践至关重要。

| Abstract: | The scientific view of development advanced by the Communist Party of China is the inexorable selection of history and reality. It is the social view of development with human-oriented,the whole view of development about economy, society,.mature and a human,being the sustainbble view of development,the inheritance and development on the socialist developing theory of Marxism. To implement the view is the exrteme importance in the practice to build the socialism with characteristics of China. |
