摘    要:高校众创空间是培养创新创业人才、提升区域社会经济发展的新引擎。提升高校众创空间服务质量、完善高校众创空间创孵能力评价体系意义重大。本文从政策扶持、基础服务、创业服务、资源集聚、服务成效等入手,利用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)完善评价指标体系,并以高校众创空间数量较多、发展较好的京津冀、长三角、珠三角地区为样本来源,选取代表性高校进行实证分析,得出各区域之间高校众创空间发展水平差异较大、且区域内各城市高校众创空间发展亦不均衡的结论。针对分析结果,提出加强对高校众创空间的政策扶持、调整创新创业人才结构、加强区域交流合作、结合地方产业需求提供服务等对策建议。

Research on evaluation system and empirical measurement of innovation incubation ability of University maker space based on FAHP
Abstract:University maker space is a new engine for cultivating entrepreneurial talents and enhancing regional economic development. It is of great significance to improve the service quality of universities and to improve the evaluation system of universities maker space. This article starts with policy support, basic services, entrepreneurial services, resource agglomeration, service effectiveness, uses Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to improve the evaluation index system, uses Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, The Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta as sample sources, selects representative universities for empirical analysis. The conclusion is that the development level of university maker space in each region is quite different, and the development of university maker space in each city in the region is also uneven. Based on the results of the analysis, countermeasures are put forward - to strengthen policy support for the universities maker space, to adjust the structure of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, to strengthen regional exchanges and cooperation, and to provide services in line with local industry needs.
