| 摘 要： | 利用螺旋理论，具体分析了天然氨基酸的构型、构象及其族光方向间的关系．结果表明，天然氨基酸遵从螺旋理论的规律．它们的旋光方向和旋光度大小都是由分子的立体结构所决定的．通过氨基酸的结构可以推断其族光方向；从旋光方向也可以推断其构型和构象。

| Abstract: | According to the helix theory proposed by the authors the relationship between configuration and conformation of natural amino- acids and their rotatory direction is spec cally analysed. It shows that all the natural amino-acids will follow the rule of helix theory. Their rotatory direction and optical rotation are both determined by the molecular stereostructure. The rotatory direction of amino-acid can be predicted from its structure. On the other hand, the configuration and conformation can also be deduced from its rotatory direction. |
